Editorial Project Manager

Revpanda is looking for an Editorial Project Manager to join our content team. We are looking for a teammate with demonstrated experience as an editor in an online environment, with excellent judgment on text quality, proven management skills for working with freelance writers and internal stakeholders, and the ability to take initiative to ensure quality results in the content writing and publishing processes.

Responsibilities

• Following editorial guidelines; planning, coordinating and directing editorial activities
• Obtaining texts from writers, editing and overseeing publishing
• Providing writers with guidance and mentoring based on the needs of the task and our guidelines
• Working with other departments to ensure the best quality deliverables
• Preparing briefs for the writers that will work best for the client's brand

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of copyediting experience
• Experience using internal and external style guides
• Professional level of English
• Strong ability to keep to deadlines and prioritize among many project demands
• Adaptability to handle diverse textual materials
• Effective interpersonal abilities for collaboration with freelance writers and internal teams
• Demonstrated organizational skills
• iGaming experience would be considered as a plus
