The design freelancers we use are comfortable using Photoshop CC, Illustrator, and After

FX with Cinema 4D, Houdini, or Maya being an added bonus, but not always essential. The work is predominantly executing animations (designed and art directed by senior members of the creative team) so strong 2D and/or 3D animation skills are essential. In addition, being able to draw/storyboard, develop character designs or an interest in typography are all useful characteristics that may be required depending on the needs of the job.

Our freelance opportunities will always be advertised on our website and we will get in touch with people who have submitted their details as and when opportunities arise. • Create highly engaging and complex motion graphics animations for a diverse array of projects
• Conceptualize and produce design projects with internal Art Directors and Creative Directors
• Create style frames, storyboards, motion tests, and assemble treatments for pitch presentations
• Work independently on design projects, or as part of a larger team on the design-focused areas of some projects
• Able to manage time effectively and give accurate assessments of the workload and the time required to complete tasks.
