Position: Creative Content Strategist (Remote)

Job Title: Creative Content Strategist (Remote)

Location: Remote within United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Ireland, Australia & New Zealand (You must be legally authorised to work in the country where you are based)

Compensation: $15 - $18 per hour based on location, experience, responsibilities, and performance.

Role Overview: We are hiring on behalf of one of our clients, a leading global player in the AI space. This remote, part‑time contract role requires a dual mindset: half creative visionary, half analytical planner. As a Creative Content Strategist, you will help train AI models to think big picture. You won’t just look at individual sentences; you will evaluate how the AI ideates, structures campaigns, and adapts its creative voice to meet specific strategic goals and audience personas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and test high‑level content strategies to train the AI on how to plan campaigns, not just write individual assets.
  • Evaluate AI‑generated creative concepts (e.g., ad angles, blog topics, social media series) for originality, relevance, and strategic alignment.
  • Create complex prompts that require the AI to brainstorm, role‑play as a brand strategist, or solve creative marketing problems.
  • Analyze AI outputs to determine if they successfully capture the intended "brand voice" and emotional hook requested in the prompt.
  • Rewrite generic or flat AI ideas into compelling, strategic concepts to serve as "gold standard" training data.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Content Strategy, Creative Direction, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong ability to think conceptually; you understand why a piece of content works, not just how to write it.
  • Experience creating content calendars, brand guidelines, or campaign strategies.
  • Excellent critical thinking skills to objectively evaluate the "creativity" and "strategic value" of AI responses.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment, managing time across multiple projects.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Rate: Earn up to $18 USD/hr (Rates vary based on project complexity and expertise).
  • Flexibility: 100% remote with no fixed schedule. Contributors typically spend 5–10 hours per week, with the option to work up to 40 hours.
