This role involves creating a fully animated 2:00–2:30 minute video that introduces a healthcare technology platform’s journey and mission. The animation will be used as an opener for a year-end company meeting and as a recruitment tool, highlighting the organization’s values, growth, and impact on healthcare practices. The project requires a warm, humble, and confident tone, steering clear of excessive corporate language.

The animation style should blend flat vector graphics, hand‑drawn textures for historical storytelling, UI‑inspired motion graphics to showcase platform features, and abstract geometric transitions using provided iconography. All brand guidelines for color and logo usage must be strictly followed.

You will receive a voice-over track, brand assets, fonts, color palette, illustration examples, and storyboarding guidance. Reference materials, including last year’s intro video and the company website, will be provided. The work is fully remote.

• Produce a 2:00–2:30 minute animated video following the provided storyboard and brand guidelines
• Integrate flat vector graphics, hand‑drawn textures, and UI‑inspired motion graphics
• Use abstract geometric transitions and company iconography for visual storytelling
• Sync animation with the supplied voice‑over track
• Ensure all assets adhere to strict color and logo usage requirements
• Collaborate remotely and deliver all final files in the required formats

• Senior or expert‑level experience in 2D animation, with a strong portfolio of similar projects
• Proficiency in flat vector animation, hand‑drawn textures, and motion graphics for digital platforms
• Ability to interpret and implement brand guidelines precisely
• Experience working with voice‑over integration and syncing animation to audio
• Strong storytelling skills, especially in values‑driven or historical narratives
• Familiarity with healthcare or technology sectors is a plus
• Excellent communication and time‑management skills
• Ability to work independently and deliver on tight deadlines
• Remote availability
