Concept & Create: Develop video ideas from scratch—taking content from rough concept to final cut.

Storyboard & Script: Collaborate with our internal team and creators to shape engaging, high-impact narratives.

Edit for Performance: Assemble high-performing video ads for Meta, Tik Tok, You Tube, and other digital platforms.

Collaborate & Iterate: Partner with our performance marketing team to produce fresh ad creatives weekly, analyze results, and refine based on performance insights.

Shape the Brand Voice: Play a key role in defining our visual and storytelling style—crafting content that feels fresh, authentic, and resonates with both loyal and new audiences.

3+ years of professional video editing experience (experience with DTC brands or creative agencies is a strong plus).

Proven ability to balance speed and quality in a fast-paced, iterative environment.

Experience creating performance-driven ad content with a keen eye for what converts.

A strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual rhythm

Proficiency with modern editing software and post-production workflows.

Bonus: Comfortable being on camera or shooting content when needed.
