About the role

As Head of Content
, you will lead and elevate EMCDs content strategy globally. The Head of Content owns the narrative, tone, quality, and impact of all content produced ensuring it supports EMCDs product, brand, marketing, and business goals. Responsible for growing editorial capacity, building cross-regional alignment, and scaling content operations in a fast-paced Web3 / crypto environment.

Content Strategy & Narrative Development

• Define EMCDs overarching brand and product narratives aligned with business goals and ecosystem positioning.
• Translate complex product concepts into clear, engaging, and accessible messaging.
• Ensure all content supports global expansion priorities (CIS, Europe, MENA, LATAM).

Content Creation & Management

• Oversee the production of content across channels: website, blogs, PR, campaigns, community platforms, and social.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of copywriters, editors, and content specialists.
• Develop and enforce content guidelines, tone of voice, and storytelling frameworks.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with PR, Social Media and Campaign Management to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Support Marketing and Business Development with compelling copy for product launches, sales decks, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with Design team to ensure content and visuals are seamlessly aligned.

Quality & Optimization

• Maintain the highest standards of English-first content quality clarity, accuracy, and cultural resonance.
• Implement an editorial calendar with clear workflows and approval processes.
• Monitor content performance and continuously optimize based on insights and feedback.

• Native-level English speaker/writer (mandatory), Russian.
• 7+ years of professional experience in content leadership, editorial, or brand storytelling roles.
• Proven experience in tech, fintech industries with Web3/crypto as a must requirement
• Strong portfolio of brand and product narratives in global markets.
• Demonstrated success managing copywriting and editorial teams.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Ability to balance creative storytelling with business objectives.
