This is your chance to help our eCommerce clients connect with their audiences through powerful, scroll‑stopping videos—right from home.

• Edit engaging short‑form videos for Tik Tok, Instagram Reels, You Tube Shorts, and other social platforms using raw client footage and brand assets.
• Collaborate with our creative and growth teams to bring concepts and hooks to life that align with brand messaging and goals.
• Source trending audio, captions, effects, and formats to keep content relevant and platform‑optimized.
• Repurpose long‑form content (like podcasts, webinars, or You Tube videos) into bite‑sized, high‑impact clips.
• Maintain an organized system for file storage, version control, and content delivery timelines.
• Analyze performance of video content and apply feedback to improve future edits.
• Stay updated on short‑form content trends, platform algorithm changes, and creative best practices.

• At least 1 year of experience editing short‑form video content for digital platforms.
• A portfolio or reel that showcases your creativity, pacing, and eye for viral trends.
• Proficiency in video editing tools like Cap Cut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar platforms.
• Strong sense of timing, storytelling, and visual composition.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle feedback with a growth mindset.
• Bonus points for experience in eCommerce, UGC‑style editing, or direct‑response marketing.

• Stable DSL, Cable, or Fiber internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps for both download and upload).
• Backup internet connection (at least 10 Mbps).
