This role is for a hands‑on visual storyteller and leader at the intersection of creator and producer. You will shoot, direct, and Can't edit content yourself while leading an editor/motion designer and managing small‑scale productions from concept to delivery.
Responsibilities- Content Creation (≈60 % of your time)

- Content Production Leadership ( USDA~40 % of your time)
- scope projects, manage timelines and budgets, decide in‑house vs external partners, ensure smooth delivery.
- lead an editor/motion designer, provide creative direction and help them grow.
- establish repeatable workflows, partner with trusted vendors.
- collaborate with VP of Creative and Creative Operations Manager to shape production workflows.
- stay aware amely trending content aligned with brand and inject insights.
- highly organized, strong communication and attention to detail.
- collaborate with freelance producers for large‑scale projects.
- 7+ years of content creation and production experience.
- Expert‑level photography and videography across product, lifestyle, documentary, and branded content.
- Directing experience – talent, shoots, and conceptualization.
- Production expertise in lighting, composition, camera, audio, and technical requirements.
- Editing proficiency:
Premiere, Final Cut or similar – revise footage readily. - People‑management experience – leading/mentoring creative teams.
- Strategic thinking aligning content with brand goals.
- Robust portfolio demonstrating a range of creator, director, or producer work.
- Entrepreneurial mindset – systems, problem‑solving, iterative growth.
- Bonus:
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite beyond editing, color grading, motion graphics basics.

Reports to: VP, Creative
Location: Remote
Type: Full‑time, exempt
Salary and CompensationSalary range: $120,000–$125,000 + 20 % annual bonus.
