• Manage the team: assign tasks, provide feedback.
• Ensure stylistic consistency within the project.
• Organize an efficient production pipeline in collaboration with the Art Producer.

• 5+ years of experience in the gaming industry.
• Portfolio with completed projects.
• Understanding of all aspects of 2D content creation.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate artistic vision.
• High level of organization and systematic thinking.
• Leadership skills and the ability to motivate the team.
• English proficiency at Intermediate/Upper-Intermediate level.

• Participating in the world's largest AAA gaming projects.
• Flexibility to adjust workload based on interests and availability.
• Stable and timely payment.
• An extraordinary outsourcing studio with a warm atmosphere and a sense of fellowship.
• Remote work format (we also have a great office in Bali, and this spring we're opening an even cooler location in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia).
