We are looking for a Web Designer who will be responsible for creating great website designs for exceptional companies. Primary duties include conceptualizing and implementing creative ideas for websites, as well as creating visual elements.

• Design Exceptional Websites
  • Create modern, clean, and user-centered website designs in Figma that reflect client needs and industry best practices.
  • Develop design concepts, wireframes, and prototypes that can be seamlessly translated into Webflow or other platforms.
• Lead Design Direction
  • Establish clear design directions by understanding brand guidelines, user personas, and project goals.
  • Provide thoughtful solutions for user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) challenges.
• Create Style Guides and Design Systems
  • Develop and document style guides, design systems, and reusable components for clients to ensure visual consistency.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth design-to-development handoff.
• Collaborate in a Creative Team Environment
  • Work closely with project managers, developers, and fellow designers to bring projects from concept to completion.
