Hybrid onsite on Wednesdays - Minneapolis, MN (must be local)

Overview:
We are looking for a Project Manager who will independently own/drive (3) full categories for Digital (.com/app), including Core Beauty, Food & Beverage, and Pets.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for driving the work forward week-over-week across all three categories with different creative teams and partners.

Works with our DMS (Digital Marketing Strategy) partners to ensure the creative team has the information needed to effectively execute the work.

Makes sure it’s clear to the creative teams on what work needs to happen and when; it’s very important that creative teams know where to focus so they can prioritize.

Coordinates with partner teams to understand how their strategy & asset creation may tie back to the digital space for creative consistency. These categories also capture photography; thus, the Project Manager works with the Creative teams and Creative Producers on timing and process to effectively move the work forward.

Responsible for assigning teams ‘weekly’ in our Slingshot tool for the work across our One Team Global Model.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

Drive the work forward week over week in 3 separate categories with different creative teams.

Keeps team and project(s) accountable to be on task, on time and moving forward consistent with the project strategy.

Maintains project plans and relationships with direct business partners.

Conduit between creative team and business partners, helping to funnel information/questions.

Set expectations around timelines, capabilities and what's needed for success within different work streams including leadership approvals.

Plans, organizes, manages & executes projects from beginning to end.

Establishes and communicates a detailed timing and deliverables list by channel/tactic.

Required Qualifications:

5+ Years of experience (Professional project manager experience)
Digital Experience Preferred
Manage various timelines, work streams, deliverables
Working Cross-Functionally with other teams/partners to prioritize work
