Interactive Media Design

You will work in our agency's Interactive Media Design department. You will collaborate with software developers, system engineers, creative minds, and project managers—together we develop digital projects and solutions that we are proud of.

• Morning:
  Brief team meeting. You discuss a new offer and assign tasks. Then you prepare a workshop for a customer.
• Morning:
  The workshop takes place. You record the customer's requirements and wishes, ask the right questions, and jointly determine the direction to take.
• Lunchtime:
  Lunch with the team. Afterwards, maybe a game of foosball — it doesn't always have to be productive.
• Afternoon:
  You work on the visual design for a new corporate website. Figma is open, coffee is steaming. Later, you implement the design in Webflow and see it come to life.
• In between:
  Our trainee has a question about information architecture. You look at it together—sharing knowledge is part of the job.
• Later:
  Short meeting with the team. You discuss how to improve an internal process. Your idea is accepted.

• Team coordination:
  Discussing offers together, coordinating tasks, maintaining an overview, and writing quotations.
• Understanding requirements:
  Capturing customer wishes, asking the right questions, translating needs into concepts and use cases.
• Workshops and training courses: preparation and implementation – whether kickoff workshops or customer training for Webflow
• Visual design:
  Developing UI designs and design systems for web solutions that work and inspire.
• Technical implementation:
  Building modern solutions with Webflow and Shopify – from prototype to finished website
• Improving processes:
  Working with the team to refine our procedures and collaboration
• Supporting learners:
  Supporting and promoting our young talents in the field of interactive media design

You bring the following qualifications to the pack

We are not looking for perfection on paper. It is important to us that you fit into the team as a person and have a genuine interest in what we do. If you meet most of the following criteria and are willing to learn the rest, then you are a good fit for us.

• Extensive experience with Figma, UI design, and digitization
• Knowledge of Webflow/Shopify – or the motivation to learn it quickly
• A keen eye for UI and a flair for user guidance
• Editorial talent:
  Defining target groups, prompting AI, writing texts that deliver benefits (SEO/AIO)
• Ideally, experience in requirements analysis and customer communication

• You enjoy communicating clearly—with customers and within the team.
• You take responsibility and don't wait for instructions.
• You are curious and enjoy learning new things.
• You have a sense of humor and don't take yourself too seriously.
• Your friends describe you as someone with "pep."
