turn is fast-moving and rule-breaking with intent. Obsessively designed for feeling, experience, and the stories that live beyond the product. We're built on the belief that the individual, not the brand, is the hero.

WHO THIS ROLE IS FORThis role is for someone who wants to build a career, not just hold a job.
It is for a designer who wants to grow into Director-level leadership and beyond
, earning that path through ownership, judgment, and the ability to lead others as the brand scales.
It is for a creative visionary
, not a task-taker. Someone who can be given a loose direction and independently envision the entire outcome, from the customer’s first glance, to the physical feel of the packaging, to the unboxing moment, to how it lives on Instagram, shelves, and in culture.
It is for someone who naturally thinks about the entire customer journey, front to back:
- the customer seeing the product for the first time
- the influencer opening it on camera
- the menu it appears on
- the collectible card inside
- the app experience that follows
If you instinctively design experiences, not assets, you will thrive here.
It is for someone who understands that print is physical
, packaging is engineering, and design decisions have real-world consequences. You know how materials behave, how inks land, how mylar reflects light, how embossing, foils, varnishes, and finishes affect perception and trust.
It is for someone who can/will move fast, iterate constantly, and stay sharp under pressure. We design relentlessly: new products, new drops, new ideas, always evolving.
WHO THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR
This role is not for someone looking for a simple, linear, or predictable job.
It is not for someone who expects everything to be clearly scoped, slow-moving, or neatly packaged. What we build is experiential and story-driven. Sometimes it is simple. Often it is not.
It is not for someone who only wants to work remotely. We collaborate in person. We do have work-from-home days, but this is an in-office creative environment
.
It is not for someone who only designs digitally and has little understanding of physical print, packaging materials, or production realities.
It is not for someone who waits for instructions instead of forming opinions, pushing ideas forward, and challenging the work.
If you want a calm, low-iteration, maintenance-focused role, this is not it.
POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for an elite-level designer who can both protect and evolve our brand’s visual identity while pushing packaging and design innovation forward.
This role sits at the intersection of packaging, brand, physical product, digital UI, and culture
. You will design across packaging, promotional boxes, collectible cards, apparel, menus, catalogs, and the turnapp on Apple.
You will execute within established systems while also helping redefine them.
NON-NEGOTIABLE: EXTREME ATTENTION TO DETAIL
This role demands an almost obsessive level of precision.
We are looking for someone who instinctively sees:
- spacing that feels off by a few pixels
- padding that breaks visual trust
- hierarchy that collapses clarity
- assets that do not earn their place on the page
Every detail matters. Alignment, scale, rhythm, contrast, and balance are not afterthoughts here—they are the work.
You must naturally understand:
- spatial relationships and negative space
- visual hierarchy and typographic rules
- balance vs intentional imbalance
- clean alignment across physical and digital formats
- how small inconsistencies quietly erode brand trust
PRIMARY DESIGN FOCUS AREAS
You will design primarily for:
- Promotional and influencer boxes
- Apparel
- turnapp and loyalty system (Apple-based app)
- Menus and catalogs (physical and digital)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Concept and execute packaging systems across multiple CPG categories (vape, beverage, gummy, wellness, supplements, etc.)
- Design with deep attention to detail: padding, structure, negative space, balance, asymmetry, and tactile experience
- Understand packaging engineering, materials, mylar behavior, print effects,…
