We’re looking for a UGC Content Creator who knows how to create authentic, engaging short-form content that resonates on Instagram Reels, Tik Tok, and social ads
.

You’ll work closely with our Founder and Creative Team to produce content that feels native, human, and scroll-stopping — showcasing artists, experiences, and the Beauty Bell vibe.

This role is perfect for someone who loves creating, experimenting, and understands what performs on social media today.

• Produce short-form UGC videos (Reels / Tik Tok)
• Create content around beauty, lifestyle, creators, and real use cases
• Follow trends while keeping content aligned with Beauty Bell’s tone and aesthetics

• Brainstorm content ideas with the Creative Team
• Revise and optimize content based on feedback and performance
• Deliver content consistently and on time

• Understand what makes content convert and engage

  Requirements
  • Proven interest in UGC, short-form video, or content creation
  • Familiar with Instagram & Tik Tok trends
  • Comfortable filming, editing, or voice-over
  • Basic skills in Cap Cut, Canva, or similar tools
  • Strong communication in English or Bahasa Indonesia
  • Own laptop/phone with stable internet
  • Able to deliver content consistently and meet deadlines
