Senior Product Designer

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to help train and improve cutting‑edge AI models. In this role you will assess how the AI system understands interface design, layouts, visual assets, and user experience, providing detailed feedback to shape model aesthetics, usability, and creative quality.

This is a new and growing area focused on teaching AI to better understand visual and design principles. Designers will first complete a general core assessment and a qualification for Web & UI/UX Design. Upon approval, they will join general AI training projects and be invited to contribute to design‑specific projects such as UI/UX critique, product visuals, and aesthetic evaluation.

• General AI training projects start at $20+ USD/hr; design‑focused projects start at $40+ USD/hr with bonuses for exceptional work
• Payment is made via Pay Pal. We will never ask for any money from you. Pay Pal handles any currency conversions. Only applicants in the United States will be considered for this role. This is an independent contract position.

• Review and critique AI‑generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
• Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance
• Help train models to better understand aesthetic quality and user‑centered design

• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
• Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow
• Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required, could be current, in progress, or completed
