This role is for someone confident on camera, strategic with content, and comfortable managing social platforms from idea to execution.
Key Responsibilities- Create, manage, and publish content showcasing Del Gate Logistics
, our operations, team, and services - Lead CEO content creation (short-form videos, Linked In content, behind-the-scenes, thought leadership)
- Be in front of the camera regularly (recording, presenting, interviews, on-site shoots)
- Manage and grow Del Gate’s social media accounts (Linked In, Instagram, Tik Tok, and others as needed)
- Build and execute a content roadmap & strategy aligned with business goals
- Plan content calendars, scripts, hooks, and posting schedules
- Coordinate filming days, edit or oversee editing, and ensure consistent brand voice
- Track performance metrics and optimize content based on engagement and reach
- Proven experience as a Content Creator or Social Media Manager (experience required)
- Strong on-camera presence and confidence speaking naturally to an audience
- Experience managing business and/or executive social media accounts
- Ability to think strategically, not just “post content”
- Strong understanding of short-form video, storytelling, and personal branding
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing company
- Experience with video editing tools is a strong asset
- Hybrid position (mix of office and remote work)
