Role SummaryThe Junior Graphic Designer / Production Coordinator is an entry-level role that supports the creative and production teams through hands-on design execution and production coordination. The role focuses primarily on executing design work across print and digital channels, adopting client brand standards, and ensuring design files are production-ready, while also supporting print and vendor logistics as needed.
On average, approximately 75% of the role is dedicated to design support and 25% to production coordination, though this balance will shift week to week based on client and project demands. This position offers hands-on experience within a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment and is well suited for an early-career designer who thrives on precision, collaboration, and bringing creative concepts to life while building a strong foundation in design execution and brand consistency.

- Assist with the creation and revision of design assets across print and digital projects
- Prepare production-ready files according to established specifications
- Apply brand standards and design guidelines as directed by senior designers
- Implement revisions and updates based on internal feedback
- Request vendor quotes as directed by the Client Services department
- Assist in compiling estimates using provided templates and guidance
- Prepare and release final design files to vendors after internal approval
- Review printer proofs for accuracy, formatting, and technical compliance
- Assist with the creation of purchase orders and production documentation
- Track production details and deadlines
- Maintain organized records of quotes, estimates, proofs, and production files
- Follow established workflows, approval processes, and documentation standards
- Communicate clearly with internal teams regarding production statuses
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training in Graphic Design or a related field
- Foundational knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Basic understanding of print production concepts and file preparation
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage production schedules
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate in a team-oriented environment
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
