3D Generalist

Are you a wizard with a mouse and a master of the 3D pipeline? Shiloh & Bros is looking for a talented 3D Generalist to join our crew in the greater Nashville area. We create high-energy, imaginative content that reaches millions, and we need someone who can bring our wildest ideas to life with cinematic flair.

As a Generalist, you won't just be stuck in one lane. You’ll be jumping between modeling, texturing, rigging, and lighting to ensure every frame of our content looks top-tier.

• Create & Iterate: Design and build high-quality 3D assets, environments, and characters that align with our unique brand aesthetic.
• Animate & Refine: Bring characters and objects to life with a strong understanding of timing, weight, and personality.
• Collaborate: Work closely with our creative leads to take concepts from a rough sketch to a polished final render.
• Problem Solve: Troubleshoot technical issues within the pipeline to keep production moving smoothly.

• Maya Mastery: You know Maya like the back of your hand. It’s your primary tool for modeling, rigging, and animation.
• Passion for Animation: You don't just "make things move"—you have a genuine love for the craft of VFX and character performance.
• Versatility: You’re comfortable wearing many hats (modeling, UV mapping, texturing, lighting, and rendering).
• Proximity: We’d love to have you in-house at our Nashville-area studio, but we are open to remote work for a candidate who is an absolute perfect fit.
• Portfolio: A strong demo reel showcasing a range of 3D skills and a keen eye for detail.

• Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere).
• Knowledge of Unreal Engine or Unity.
• Experience working on content for You Tube or social media platforms.
