** The
** Home-Based Content Specialist
** will work as a full-time employee for a growing business based in the United States. You will get a chance to learn new skills as well as demonstrate skills you've learned in the past.

This position is responsible for contributing to all aspects of development and delivery for PPAI’s client content publications, including topic selection, editing, production, and publishing for websites and newsletters, with a focus on trending topics and campaign spotlights. The selected candidate will package written and video content on branded merchandise trends, creative campaigns, case studie,s and market research, playing a key role in optimizing content to high-impact audiences.

** WHAT WILL YOU DO
**** Essential Functions and Primary Duties
*** Select, edit and produce written content for PPAI publications with an emphasis on driving end-buyer interest and affinity.
* Collaborate to develop a content calendar that is to include overlapping deadlines and priorities. Determine and develop engaging content for publication, understanding organizational strategies while exercising sound brand judgment with minimal need for daily oversight.
* Select relevant artwork and embedded content (video, infographics, social media posts) to accompany written copy in content, in accordance with brand guidelines.
* Manage basic website content and user interface updates.
* Cultivate relationships with internal stakeholders.
* Curate resources from a wide variety of sources including business and news publications, celebrity and fashion media while following social media and international trends.
* Develop a case study and white paper library, as needed.
* Provide recommendations for newsletter publication, working collaboratively with other teams for execution.
* Perform other similar duties as assigned.
** Secondary Responsibilities
*** Follow SEO and GEO delivery guidelines; evaluate new ideas to keep PPAI publications on the leading edge of communications.
* Coordinate with internal departments to stay abreast of relevant topics and editorial considerations.
* Communicate as part of a team to improve content performance and support an integrated campaign strategy.
* Participate in strategic editorial planning.
** WHAT WE LOOK FOR**
* ** Experience**: 2+ years of Digital Content Management and Publishing Experience
* ** Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, communications or equivalent work experience strongly desired.
* ** Language Proficiency:
** Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
* ** Industry-Specific Knowledge:**  + Various project management and CRM tools (Hub Spot experience a plus.)  + Proficient with the Microsoft suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)  + Proficient with Google suite (Google sheets, Gmail etc.)  +

Experience with a content management system (Word Press strongly desired).  + Experience fact-checking and editing in English for ultimate accuracy.  + AP Style mastery.
