Char Cosmetic is an Australia-based beauty brand powered by a remote creative team across Asia. We specialize in modern, trend-driven short-form content for Tik Tok and Instagram Reels, bringing beauty inspiration to millions of viewers.

We’re hiring a Content Creator who will also serve as an on-camera personality for Char Cosmetic. You’ll be featured in Tik Tok and Instagram Reels, representing our brand image and engaging audiences with authentic, trend-driven beauty content.

• Appear on-camera in Tik Tok & Instagram Reels as part of Char Cosmetic’s brand identity
• Create and edit short-form videos (5–8 per week)
• Follow Tik Tok trends, sounds, and beauty content formats
• Collaborate remotely with our Australia-based team
• Maintain brand tone, aesthetics, and consistency

• Comfortable being featured on-camera and representing a beauty brand
• Experience creating Tik Tok / Instagram Reels
• Strong understanding of short-form video trends
• Based in Indonesia, able to work remotely with international teams
• Familiarity with editing tools (Cap Cut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Canva)
• Bonus:
  Experience with AI creative tools (Runway, Kling, Sora, Midjourney)

• Background in beauty, cosmetics, or fashion content
• Prior collaboration with brands
• Understanding of Tik Tok performance metrics and hooks
