This role plays a crucial part in accelerating the creation of high-quality visual systems across various marketing campaigns and product designs. The designer will work closely with senior leadership to develop compelling design assets that not only resonate with target audiences but also elevate the organization's brand.

By balancing aesthetic integrity with strategic insights, this role is pivotal in translating abstract marketing concepts into engaging user experiences. Your contributions will directly impact how the company communicates its vision and engages with its stakeholders.

• Design marketing assets including landing pages, campaign visuals, emails, social graphics, and sales enablement materials.
• Support product design needs including presentation decks, graphics, icons, documents, and interactive PDFs.
• Translate branding and messaging into consistent visual systems across channels.
• Apply design systems ensuring consistency, clarity, and accessibility.
• Create modular, scalable design components for rapid iteration.
• Maintain high standards for typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
• Deliver polished, production-ready design assets meeting brand standards.
• Manage multiple design projects effectively while meeting deadlines.

• 5–10+ years of experience in marketing design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand marketing, UX principles, and accessibility.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat).
• Experience in building visuals in PowerPoint and Keynote.
• Familiarity with design systems and component-based workflows.
• Strong communicator with a low-ego, high-craft mindset.
• Ability to accept feedback and iterate seamlessly.
• Highly organized, efficient, and reliable with deadlines.
• Experience using project management and collaboration tools (e.g., , Miro).

• Estimated 20–30 hours/month, depending on needs.
