Job OverviewWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Multimedia Designer to join our creative team. This individual will support our Lead Designer by rolling out creative materials once concepts are approved. The role involves executing engaging and high-quality visual content across multiple platforms including social media, digital presentations, and website mock-ups.
This is a remote role; however, residency in Johannesburg is essential to facilitate occasional in-person creative sessions and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities- Roll out design assets based on approved creative direction
- Design social media graphics, digital presentations, video animation and basic website mock-ups
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all visual content
- Prepare and package files for various digital and print outputs
- Assist in the adaptation of concepts across different formats and platforms
- Collaborate with the Lead Designer and broader team
- Entry level – out of university
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign essential and Premiere Pro)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint and Word)
- Strong visual sense and attention to detail
- Ability to follow creative direction and roll out consistent, brand‑aligned assets
- Good communication skills and proficiency in English
- Adaptability and self‑motivation
- Able to work independently
- Organized and able to manage multiple design tasks simultaneously
- Curious and eager to learn, with a strong desire to grow within the creative industry
