For over 100 years, Save the Children has been fighting for the rights of children. The right to a healthy start in life. To have access to education. To be in a safe environment, protected from harm. We work in some of the world’s hardest-to-reach places – over 100 countries, including the U.S. No matter what your role is, when you join Save the Children, you’re creating positive, irreversible change for children, and the future we all share.

The Role

As the Senior Creative Director, you’ll be integral to our work in helping vulnerable children achieve a brighter future. You will concept, ideate, and design campaigns, ads, films, and other creative work rooted in cultural and human insights that reinforce the Save the Children brand. You will address evolving challenges through creative thinking and design, always keeping the target audience at the center.

By applying best practices in how creative integrates across functions, you will help define what differentiates the organization in the NGO space and serve as the subject‑matter expert on visual communication and brand consistency. You will also partner with the Creative Director, Marketing and Growth leaders, department heads, external agencies, and other partners to advance the brand and create meaningful impact for children in the U.S. and around the world.
