You will work in a hybrid model, splitting your time between our creative office for collaboration and remote work for focused design time. Under the guidance of our senior designers, you will help develop new concepts, create technical drawings, and bring our products to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
Assist the design team in all phases of the product development process, from research and concept to prototyping and production.

Create compelling and innovative design concepts, mood boards, and presentations.
Develop detailed technical drawings, specs, and construction sheets for prototyping and manufacturing.
Generate 3D models and renderings to visualize designs and solve complex structural problems.
Conduct research on market trends, materials, colors, and hardware across different product categories.
Collaborate closely with senior designers and project managers to ensure design integrity is maintained throughout production.

Who You Are:

A recent design graduate or a professional with up to 2 years of experience in product/industrial design.
Fully motivated and possess a genuine curiosity for how things are made and function, with a passion for versatile design challenges.
A creative problem-solver with a keen eye for detail, aesthetics, and functionality across different scales—from a small accessory to a large exhibit.
A team player with excellent communication skills, eager to learn and receive feedback.
Passionate about design, trends, and ideally, the travel and lifestyle market.

What We Offer:

A pivotal role in a specialized studio with a decade of experience, now entering an exciting phase of expansion.
A hybrid work model (office & remote) for a great work-life balance.
Mentorship from industry specialists and the chance to work on a wide variety of projects.
The opportunity to see your designs go from concept to a finished product or built environment.
A collaborative and supportive environment where your ideas are valued.
A competitive junior-level salary and benefits package.
