- Lead post-production workflows — editing, color, audio, exports, and delivery
- Capture and manage still photography for digital, web, and social use
- Collaborate with the Creative Director and account team on concepts, shot lists, and production plans
- Manage production schedules, assets, and deliverables across multiple projects
- Ensure content is delivered on time, on brand, and production-ready across platforms
- Adapt long-form video into short-form, social, and paid media assets
Maintain consistent visual quality and storytelling across all client content - Assist with equipment prep, file organization, and media management
- Stay current on video trends, formats, and platform best practices
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in video production, editing, or digital content creation
- Strong proficiency in video editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)
- Experience shooting video and stills (camera operation, lighting, audio basics)
- Comfortable working on-site at shoots and managing production logistics
- Strong eye for storytelling, pacing, and visual consistency
- Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-moving agency environment
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable under deadlines
- Bonus: experience with motion graphics, color grading, or advanced audio
- Competitive salary and benefits package.
- Enjoy a hybrid work environment with a work-from-home day, giving you the flexibility to balance your personal and professional life.
- Heavy involvement in real production work — not just coordination
- A creative team that values craft, storytelling, and execution
- Diverse projects across video, photo, social, and brand content
- Opportunities to grow creatively and technically
