Your Responsibilities Content Production (70%):- Edit You Tube videos for educational content and client programs
- Design thumbnails, social graphics, and webinar materials
- Produce short-form content for Instagram Reels, Tik Tok, and You Tube Shorts
- Capture photo and video content at workshops and client events
- Participate in content strategy sessions with founders
- Track content performance metrics and analyze what drives results
- Research high-performing content in the coaching and consulting industry
- Communicate proactively on project status and timelines
- Organize content libraries and digital assets
- Support team with ad-hoc creative needs
- Diploma or Degree in Design, Media, Communications, Marketing, or related field (exceptional portfolios from other disciplines considered)
- Graphic design proficiency (Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva Pro)
- Access to laptop with minimum 16GB RAM (company equipment available if needed)
- Professional English communication skills
- Available to work primarily from our Pacific Tech Centre office (Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
- Experience creating content for You Tube, Instagram, or Tik Tok
- Understanding of educational or business content
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Growth mindset and receptiveness to feedback
During 6-Month Internship:
- SGD 1,200–1,500/month (depending on level of experience)
- Pro-rated annual and sick leave
- Adobe Creative Cloud license (company-provided)

After Permanent Conversion (Month 7+):

Primarily office-based at Pacific Tech Centre (4 days per week minimum) with flexibility for remote work during production-intensive periods. Face-to-face collaboration is essential during your learning phase.
Months 1-3:
Onboarding and skill development - learn our systems, shadow projects, complete supervised work
Months 4-6:
Independent execution - own projects end-to-end, demonstrate consistent quality, undergo performance evaluation
Month 7+:
Permanent employment - increased creative autonomy, expanded responsibilities, salary review
Year 1+:
Growth into senior content roles, potential team leadership, strategic creative input
To transition to permanent employment after 6 months, you must demonstrate:
