The Graphic Designers on the Brand team are highly motivated and bring a wealth of experience to the day-to-day success of the team. The role demands speed and skill, attention to detail, and creative storytelling. You must promote the brand s best practice within the global brand team and ensure that all communication activities come up to standard by acting as a consultant, guide and champion to the brand.
Responsibilities- As a JLL Graphic Designer in the Brand team you will be responsible for key aspects of design and creative output on video, motion and audio assets needed. You will take responsibility for visual ideation, filming, editing and delivery to clients such as:
- Concepts, storyboard and produce video, motion or audio projects that effectively communicate messages.
- Edit footage to create high-quality marketing assets.
- Design and develop motion graphics for on-brand storytelling.

The Graphic Designer s job is to lead by example with hands-on work that consistently demonstrates masterful design and best practice. The Graphic Designer is there to champion and encourage the business to make polished work they can be proud of.
The role calls for attention to detail and consistent feedback, so you must be an excellent communicator who can discover the most inspiring ways to lift the use of the brand. Ultimately, the goal is to safeguard and grow the quality of our day-to-day use of the brand identity.
Keeping abreast of new developments and tools, you will be a guardian of the global brand AI creative tools in the brand ecosystem. Originating processes that help our brand adapt, grow and lead in a technologically maturing market. This could include exploring how to streamline our corporate headshots, building mood boards for film and photoshoots, or creating a fully ownable future of real estate asset libraries with creative teams.

You will champion design. You are at heart a design-geek and understand how the JLL brand can be leveraged by all disciplines of motion, video and audio design. You will encourage the creative team to look and share art, design and creativity beyond day-to-day deliverables of a busy global team.

RequirementsYou are a self-starter who can set your own agenda and timelines, knock down doors, invite yourself to meetings and get things done. You must be comfortable presenting your ideas to stakeholders, and flexible in achieving outcomes through collaboration and proactive initiative.
Travel and locationThis is primarily a full-time role based in a key JLL office five days a week. Ad-hoc remote-working when required and with ample notice can be given at manager s discretion.
Qualifications and Skills- A motion graphics pro.
- Solid understanding of cinematography principles and techniques
- A great communicator.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with a team
- Impeccable eye for detail.
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and get things done. No task is too small or big if it helps the team around you to be more effective.
- Flexible approach and willingness to adapt your ideas.
- Able to perform under pressure to deliver high-quality work to deadlines.
- Knowledge and experience with brand and creative processes.
- Promote best practices in use of brand, tone of voice and advertising.
- Ensure our core beliefs of D&I and Innovation are woven into our creative.
- Active attention to detail and quality in brand work.
- Good awareness of digital media and evolving online platforms.
- Excellent time management and organized.
- Eager to learn and evolve.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Proficient in video and audio production techniques, including camera operation, lighting setup, and audio recording.
