Sentri Fortuna Sejahtera is seeking a talented and visionary Creative Director to join our dynamic team in our Surabaya, East Java office. As our Creative Director, you will be responsible for leading and shaping the creative vision for our diverse range of advertising, art, and media projects. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work with a talented and passionate team to deliver innovative and impactful creative solutions.

• Developing and executing creative concepts and campaigns that effectively communicate our clients' brand messages
• Providing strategic direction and oversight to the creative team, ensuring all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality
• Collaborating closely with the client services and production teams to ensure seamless project delivery
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our creative offerings
• Mentoring and developing the skills of the creative team to foster a culture of creativity and innovation
• Effectively presenting and pitching ideas to clients, securing their buy-in and approval

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Creative Director or in a similar senior creative role within the advertising, art, or media industry
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful, award-winning creative campaigns
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively translate creative visions to clients and teams
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team of creative professionals
• Proficiency in various design and visual tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Degree in Graphic Design, Art Direction, or a related creative field
