Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Graphics Designer role based in Mumbai. The Graphics Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality visual assets, including logos, branding elements, and graphics for marketing materials. Responsibilities include conceptualizing and designing engaging visual content, collaborating with the marketing and product teams, and ensuring brand consistency through effective use of typography and design principles. The designer will contribute to enhancing the overall visual identity and appeal of Action Tour Guide’s content.

Responsibilities
Proficiency in design software and tools, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc
Proficient in using LLMs such as Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, Mid Journey etc. to generate life-like images & videos at scale.
A good understanding of design principles, such as typography, color, layout, and composition
A good sense of aesthetics and style, and the ability to adapt to different brand identities and guidelines
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work well in a team and independently
A positive and proactive attitude, and the ability to handle feedback and criticism
A willingness to learn new skills and technologies, and keep up with the latest trends and best practices in graphic design

Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
3+ years of creative design experience
Experience using design software such as InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
Strong typography skills
