Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
✨ Produce engaging, high-quality videos from concept to final cut
Leverage AI-powered tools to streamline and enhance video production
Transform scripts, ideas, and raw footage into viral-worthy content
Create eye-catching thumbnails and visual assets
Platform Optimization
Adapt content for various aspect ratios (16:9, 9:16, 1:1)
Optimize videos for SEO, discoverability, and engagement
⏱️ Master short-form content (15-60 seconds) AND long-form storytelling
Analyze performance metrics and iterate for better results
Collaboration & Strategy
Brainstorm creative video concepts with the content team
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines like a pro
Stay ahead of trends, algorithm changes, and viral formats
Align content with brand voice and marketing objectives

✅ Requirements
Must-Haves
2-3 years of video editing/production experience

Self-motivated with strong time management skills
