Content Production Lead — Vine Creative Studio

Vine Creative Studio is looking for a Content Production & Social Media Coordinator — but let me be honest with you about what this really is.

I'm Ifoma, founder of Vine Creative Studio, a professional video production studio in Valley Stream, NY. We help Christian communicators, speakers, coaches, and real estate professionals show up powerfully on video and across social media. One studio session with us becomes 30+ pieces of content.

We're growing. And I need one sharp, hungry, creative person to grow with us.

You'll start as our Content Production & Social Media Coordinator. Your core responsibility is managing my personal content pipeline — editing short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, podcast clips), creating graphics in Canva, managing our social media calendar, and keeping our content engine running consistently.

But here's where it gets interesting.

As Vine Creative Studio clients come in — and they are coming in — you'll take on their projects too. And you get paid a percentage of every client project you touch.

As the workload grows, you'll build and lead a small team of editors under you. You earn a piece of what that team produces.

Long term? There's a revenue share conversation waiting for the right person who grows into this.

This is a career path, not a task list.

• Basic video editing skills — short-form content, Reels, podcast clips, You Tube Shorts
• Comfortable working in Canva for graphics and social assets
• Familiar with AI-powered tools (we use Captions.ai, Veed.io and similar)
• Able to manage and schedule a social media content calendar
• Strong communicator — responsive, reliable, and proactive
• Self-starter who doesn't need to be micromanaged
• Aligned with or respectful of faith-based, purpose-driven content

You do NOT need to be a professional editor. We use AI tools that do a lot of the heavy lifting. We need someone with a good eye, a good attitude, and a hunger to grow.

• 100% Remote (we work with international talent)
• Full-time commitment — this is not a side gig opportunity
