Social Media & Content Specialist; Remote

We help Turkish entrepreneurs establish companies in the US, Dubai, Hong Kong, and other international markets. We've supported 2,500+ company formations and continue to grow. We're looking for a creative individual to build and manage our social media presence.

You’ll own our social media channels end-to-end - from content creation to publishing and engagement. This role combines design, video editing, and social media management in one position.

• Create engaging visual content (posts, carousels, stories) for Instagram, Linked In, and other platforms
• Edit and produce short‑form videos (Reels, Tik Tok, You Tube Shorts)
• Plan and manage content calendar
• Write compelling captions in Turkish (and occasionally English)
• Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages
• Track performance metrics and suggest improvements Requirements (All are mandatory)
  • 1-3 years of experience in social media management or content creation
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating design and video editing skills
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools
  • Experience with video editing software (Cap Cut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
  • Understanding of Instagram, Linked In, Tik Tok, and You Tube algorithms
  • Excellent written Turkish
  • Basic English proficiency
  • Self‑organized and able to meet deadlines consistently
  • Available full‑time, Monday‑Friday (Turkey timezone)
  This role is NOT for you if:
  • You only do design OR only do video - we need both
  • You don’t have a portfolio to share
  • You need constant direction for every piece of content
  • You’re not active on social media yourself
