The ESPN Madison Part-Time Digital Content Creator is responsible for creating and publishing engaging digital content that reflects the voice, values, and energy of ESPN Madison. This role supports ESPN Madison’s brand, programming, and community presence by connecting with local sports fans through timely, authentic, and digital-first storytelling across multiple platforms.

• Create and publish social and digital content across platforms including Instagram, Tik Tok, X, and You Tube.
• Collaborate closely with ESPN Madison on‑air talent and teammates to produce behind‑the‑scenes, lifestyle, and fan‑focused content.
• Identify timely sports moments, trends, and story ideas that resonate with Madison‑area sports fans.
• Engage with fans across social platforms through comments, direct messages, and in‑person interactions at events.
• Work with content, sales, and marketing teams to support brand initiatives and promotional efforts.
• Maintain consistency with ESPN Madison brand standards, tone, and messaging across all content.
• Continually educate yourself on social media trends, content formats, and best practices.
• Other assigned tasks as needed.

• Passion for sports and familiarity with the Madison sports landscape.
• Experienced in ideating, creating, editing and shooting content for social platforms such as Instagram, Tik Tok, X, and You Tube.
• Strong storytelling instincts with an understanding of social‑first and short‑form content.
• Thrives appearing on camera and engaging with fans, on‑air talent, and teammates in both live and unscripted environments.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• Willingness to accept and apply feedback to improve content performance.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Passion for being part of a team and representing ESPN Madison and Good Karma Brands.

Good Karma Brands part‑time teammates are paid hourly with opportunity for increased pay with increased skills and responsibilities. This role will require teammates to work some evenings and weekends.
