Job Description:
As a Content Marketer at Dozti, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and scaling high-quality content that builds credibility, trust, and authority across our portfolio. Your primary focus will be long-form written content, website copy, thought leadership, and SEO-driven assets that support brand positioning, inbound demand, and sales enablement.
This role is ideal for a strong writer and strategic thinker who understands how content influences perception and buying decisions—especially in professional services and B2B environments. You will work closely with leadership, marketing, and operations teams to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives.
Responsibilities:
- Write and publish long-form content including articles, insights, explainers, and thought leadership pieces.
- Develop and maintain website content that clearly communicates services, value propositions, and expertise.
- Support SEO strategy through keyword research, content planning, and optimization of on-page content.
- Create case studies, service pages, and internal marketing assets to support sales and client conversations.
- Collaborate with leadership to capture institutional knowledge and convert it into authoritative content.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and editorial standard across all published materials.
- Plan and manage content calendars to ensure regular, high-quality output.
- Review and edit content for clarity, accuracy, tone, and professionalism.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in content marketing, content writing, or editorial roles.
- Strong written English with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and professionally.
- Experience creating long-form content for B2B, professional services, or technology companies.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and content optimization.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and take ownership of content quality.
- Strong attention to detail and editorial discipline.
Nice-to-Have
Skills:
- Experience writing for consulting, technology, or enterprise audiences.
- Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar).
- Experience creating case studies, whitepapers, or research-driven content.
- Ability to interview subject-matter experts and synthesize insights into polished content.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (Word Press, Webflow, etc.).
