Job Description
A large software and gaming company is looking for an Associate Producer (Marketing Art) to join a growing team. This person will support Production of in-engine key art, and marketing stills. The person in this role will be responsible for coordinating the efforts of various artistic disciplines to create industry-leading 3D art/video content.
The person in this role will be responsible for the following:
- Manage and support a production pipeline responsible for key art, and marketing stills.
- Maintain a database of tasks for active projects and ensure that Flow(Shotgrid) and Airtable schedules are up to date.
- Work with the Marketing Art Director(s) and the Senior Producer to triage notes from reviews.
- Act as the primary point of contact for your project stakeholders.
- Anticipate issues and communicate them rapidly to the Senior Producer.
- Communicate information quickly and succinctly to project crew and other external departments.
- Ensure that images are being exported and delivered to stakeholders on time.
- Encourage and help maintain a positive, upbeat and professional environment.

- Minimum of 3 years experience in a production role in the film, VFX or gaming industry.
- Specific knowledge of video game, feature animation, or VFX production pipelines
- Professional experience with Shotgrid (Flo)
- Ability to remain calm and confident in an environment that changes rapidly.
- Highly organized with excellent production management skills.
