Thisis what we need you for Scope of Engagement:
The Graphic Designer, Marketing and Events (Contractor Role) works closely with cross functional partners across Product, Marketing, and the Go To Market team to bring the brand’s identity to life across print, retail, and digital platforms. The role is responsible for designing a wide range of creative assets including social media content, trade catalogs, retail materials, product displays, large format graphics, and signage.
This position plays a critical part in producing visually compelling designs that communicate the brand story and engage target audiences. The role requires independentlymanaging all assigned work within the defined scope while consistently delivering high-quality creative output.
Expected Weekly Engagement
Hours:
Approximately 40 hr per week. Must be available during leduring mutually agreed-upon business hours to meet scope.
Engagement Rate: $45-$75 (standard invoicing requirements)
Contractor is responsible for all taxes, with holdings, and required filing(1099 issued if applicable)
Location: Greater Boston Area, Portsmouth NH or Southern Maineuthern Maine

Senior Trade Marketing Manager
- Asset Creation:
Develop eye-catching, on brand graphics, including largerformat banners, signage, booth display, promotional materials, digital assets, social media assets, and more, with a strong focus on marketing campaigns and trade show events. - Collaborate with key stakeholders and the creative team to understand project goals and translate them into design assetsfor print and digital production, managing work independently from initial direction through final delivery.
- Prepare and packagefinal design files for print or digital use, ensuring accuracy,quality control, and vendor ready specifications.
- Work with the creative team to integrate photography, video, copy, and design elementsinto polished final deliverables.
- Communicate project statusproactively to the Senior Trade Marketing Manager and raise any risks or timeline concerns.
- Maintain cohesive and consistent visual identity entityacross all marketing and event materials by adhering to Ravensburger brand guidelines.
- Ensure all materials complycomply with licensorbrand standards, accurately incorporating licensor direction throughout the design process.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign;
After Effects is a plus. - Strong understanding of print production processes, including die lines, resolution, and color profile management for large-format and event materials.
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong ability to manage workload, prioritizedeadlines, and work effectively across teams.
- Demonstrated ability to execute projects independently with minimal supervision.
- Proactive problem solver who stays flexible and solution oriented in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative team player who is reliable, responsive, and accountable for deliverables.
- Familiarity with licensed IP, trading card games, board games, puzzles, toys, and a passion for pop culture is a plus.
Experience
: 3+ years' experience in working in event and graphic design.
- No authority to bind the company, represent as an employee, or supervise company staff.
- NDA/confidentiality language + handling of licensor assets.
- Contractor warrants original work/non-infringement and will follow provided brand/licensor guidelines.
