Location: South Africa (Remote)
Reporting to: VP of Growth
Focus: Creation and production of high-quality B2B content across video, written, visual, and carousel formats for Linked In and other digital platforms

Role Summary

Bullfinch Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Content & Video Marketing Specialist to own the creation, editing, design, and production of high-quality B2B content across Linked In and other digital platforms.

This role is central to Bullfinch's strategy of positioning itself as a modern, AI-enabled recruitment partner in the iGaming and technology sectors. You will play a key part in strengthening Bullfinch's authority, visibility, and market positioning through consistent, high-quality content.

The successful candidate will transform raw footage, internal ideas, and strategic insights from the Bullfinch team into compelling, professional-grade content across multiple formats, including:

  • Video content
  • Linked In carousel posts
  • Written Linked In content, including visual formatting, light copywriting, and post preparation (with strategic and industry-led content direction provided by the MD)
  • Visual graphics and static content
  • Linked In article visuals and headers

This is a production-focused role centred on creating high-quality, modern content  successful candidate will be responsible for producing content that is visually strong, professionally presented, and optimised for engagement.

Core Responsibilities

Multi-Format Content Production (Core Responsibility)

You will be responsible for producing high-quality content across video, written, and visual formats.

This includes:

  • Editing video content for Linked In and other platforms
  • Creating Linked In carousel posts using Canva or equivalent tools
  • Designing visual graphics to support written Linked In posts
  • Creating header images and visual covers for Linked In articles
  • Creating thumbnails and visual covers for video content
  • Formatting and visually enhancing written content for Linked In presentation
  • Ensuring all content maintains a consistent, professional, modern visual identity

You will work from:

  • Raw video footage
  • Written ideas and notes from the Bullfinch team
  • Existing Linked In posts or articles requiring visual enhancement
  • Content concepts provided by leadership

Video Editing & Production

You will transform raw footage into polished, modern video content suitable for B2B audiences.

This includes applying modern editing techniques such as:

  • Dynamic captions and subtitles
  • Clean jump cuts
  • Zooms and motion emphasis
  • Visual overlays and callouts
  • Sound design and audio enhancement
  • Background music appropriate for professional audiences

You will also, at times:

  • Create multiple versions of each video optimised for:
  • Linked In
  • Instagram Reels
  • Tik Tok

Ensuring all video content reflects modern (2026-standard) editing quality.

Visual and Carousel Content Creation

You will create high-quality visual and static content to support Bullfinch's content strategy.

This includes:

  • Designing Linked In carousel posts
  • Creating visual graphics to support written posts
  • Creating branded visual assets aligned with Bullfinch's identity
  • Producing professional, visually strong content suitable for B2B audiences

Required Skills & Experience

Essential

Strong video editing skills using tools such as:

  • Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Cap Cut
  • Final Cut Pro
  • DaVinci Resolve or equivalent

You will also have:

  • Experience creating content for B2B or professional audiences
  • Experience creating Linked In carousel posts
  • Experience editing talking-head or educational content
  • Familiarity with short-form video formats

Highly Desirable

  • Experience creating content for B2B or professional audiences
  • Experience editing talking-head / educational / podcast-style content
  • Experience optimising content for Linked In specifically
  • Familiarity with short-form video trends and formats
  • Experience using tools such as:
  • Canva
  • After Effects
  • Descript
  • Figma
  • Adobe Creative Suite

Success in this role will be measured by:

  • Volume and consistency of content production across all formats
  • Quality of video content

  • Quality of visual presentation of written content
  • Engagement levels on Bullfinch and team Linked In content
  • Speed of turnaround from idea or footage to publish-ready content
