Role OverviewWe’re hiring a versatile Creative Producer who can wear multiple hats across editing, design, and content marketing. Your core focus will be video editing and graphic design
, with additional responsibility for behind-the-scenes (BTS) content
, organic social marketing
, and—over time—
paid ad creative development. This is a B2C role suited to someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and can take a concept from idea to polished, on-brand creative.
- Over time, contribute to ad creative (concepting, editing versions, hooks, cutdowns, variations for testing).
- Edit short-form and long-form video content for B2C audiences (social-first, high-retention pacing).
- Design on-brand static and motion assets (thumbnails, social posts, story formats, simple animations).
- Produce and edit BTS content (capturing, structuring, and polishing behind-the-scenes narratives).
- Support organic marketing by creating platform-native content and iterating based on performance signals.
- Collaborate with marketing/product/production to translate briefs into clear creative deliverables.
- Build and maintain simple creative systems (templates, folders, naming conventions, brand consistency).
- Experience in video editing and design in a consumer (B2C) context.
- Strong portfolio showing both editing (short-form preferred) and design (brand-consistent assets).
- Proven ability to create BTS / lifestyle-style content that feels authentic and engaging.
- Solid understanding of organic social content formats and best practices (hooks, pacing, captions).
- Comfortable working across multiple projects with tight timelines and frequent iteration.
- Non-negotiable: Prior remote work experience and fluency with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana or similar). Candidates must have ideally worked with US- or UK-based companies; without this remote and cross-time-zone collaboration experience, applications will not be considered.
- Experience creating or iterating paid social ad creatives (Meta/Tik Tok/You Tube) and versioning for testing.
- Basic motion graphics skills (simple kinetic text, transitions, compositing).
- Copy instincts for on-screen text, hooks, CTAs, and captions.
- Experience working with creators or production teams (on-set or post-production workflows).
- Adobe Premiere Pro (or DaVinci Resolve) for editing
- After Effects (nice-to-have for motion)
- Photoshop / Illustrator (or Figma
/
Canva for design workflows) - Frame.io (or similar) for reviews and approvals
- Social scheduling/analytics tools (e.g., Later, Buffer, Sprout)
- Remote collaboration:
Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana/Trello (or similar)
It is crucial that you complete the application form in full. As part of the application process, you will be required to record a video. If your application is successful, you will receive an email confirming next steps—the video is the first step of the interview process. If you do not record a video, we will not be able to consider you for ANY open roles.
