Happy Hour Sports is a digital sports media company with a mission to bring a younger & fresher take on sports talk & entertainment to Jacksonville, FL.

We are a unified podcast network consisting of independent local sports content creators, experienced traditional sports journalists & fans that simply just know ball.

We are currently in the start up phase and excited to grow our team ASAP!

Content Creators Needed:

2. Golf/PGA

3. College Basketball (UF, FSU, UGA, Miami)

4. College Football (FSU, UGA, Miami)

5. Jacksonville High School Football

7. Sports Betting & Fantasy Sports

This is a part-time hybrid NBA Content Creator role based in Jacksonville, FL with some opportunities to work from home. The NBA Content Creator will be responsible for producing engaging and creative content centered around the Orlando Magic & NBA league wide news for various platforms. Responsibilities include researching current trends and developments in the NBA, record daily solo podcats (15min) & weekly group podcasts (1hr), creating social media posts and managing content strategies to maximize audience engagement.

The role may also involve collaborating with other team members to develop innovative ways.

• Strong skills in Content Creation, Public Speaking and Creative Writing
• Experience with in Sales & Marketing
• Experience with Research and developing Content Strategies
• Proficiency in Social Media Management and Content Marketing
• Editing and Proofreading capabilities with attention to detail
• Passion for basketball and deep knowledge of the Olrando Magic & other NBA teams and players
• Ability to adapt quickly to trends and create timely, relevant content
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required)
