About the Role :
We’re seeking an experienced and trend-savvy Senior Graphic Designer to lead visual content creation for social media, campaigns, and brand identities. You’ll be a key player in our content creation process, managing multiple client accounts, strategizing content calendars, and blending traditional design expertise with modern AI tools to deliver fast, high-quality assets in a dynamic agency environment.

Work Schedule :
∙Monday to Friday,  9:30 AM to 5:30 PM Eastern Time
∙ Alternate Saturdays (as needed)
∙ Fully remote position

Key Responsibilities :
∙Design eye-catching social media graphics, carousels, stories, reels, and ads optimized for platforms like Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, and Pinterest.
∙Develop comprehensive brand assets including logos, menus, packaging mockups, and promotional materials.
∙Create, manage, and execute content calendars for multiple clients, ensuring consistent brand presence and timely delivery.
∙Stay ahead of visual trends, social media algorithms, and platform best practices to ensure content feels fresh and on-brand.
∙Use AI generative tools strategically to brainstorm ideas, generate base imagery, and iterate designs efficiently.
∙Lead client campaigns, PR launches, and content strategies from concept to execution.
∙Refine AI-generated graphics with professional polish (e.g., composition, typography, color theory).
∙Collaborate with the team and occasionally mentor junior designers.

Requirements :
∙2-3+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in an agency or fast-paced environment.
∙Strong portfolio demonstrating trendy social media visuals, branding work, and lifestyle/food industry projects (a big plus!).
∙ Expert proficiency  in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Canva.
∙Proven experience with AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly) including crafting effective prompts and integrating outputs into final designs.
∙Experience in  planning and managing  content calendars across multiple social media platforms.
∙Excellent aesthetic taste, with a deep understanding of current design trends and social media virality.
∙Ability to thrive in an  agency setting : manage multiple clients, tight deadlines, and feedback iterations independently.
∙Strong communication skills, leadership qualities, and a collaborative mindset.
∙Comfortable working EST hours and managing expectations with North American clients.

Bonus Skills :
∙Motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cap Cut).

∙Experience with  paid social ads , analytics, or community management.
∙Advanced photography/retouching skills for  food/lifestyle  content.
∙Understanding of influencer marketing and brand partnerships.

Compensation & Benefits :
∙Competitive salary: INR 52,000 - 75,000 per month (based on experience and portfolio quality)
