Assistant​/Associate Stylist – A&F NFL

Overview

The Assistant/Associate NFL Stylist is a creative role responsible for supporting content creation featuring NFL athletes and their partners, translating looks through a distinct fashion lens. This individual will work closely with the NFL Senior Stylist to ensure all styling is elevated, trend-relevant, and aligned with brand standards. As a key member of a highly collaborative and creative team, this role helps bring premium fashion content to life while reinforcing our position as the “Official Fashion Partner of the NFL.”

The Assistant/Associate Stylist will partner closely with the Sports Marketing Talent Management team, who serve as the primary liaison between the brand and talent. This role supports the development and execution of gameday outfitting across the NFL preseason, regular season, and postseason. They will also contribute to player focused “Style Concierge” storytelling, ensuring all work feels culturally relevant, premium, and distinctly A&F, while operating at the speed and scale of the NFL season.

This is a hands-on role requiring strong creative vision in lockstep with the Senior Stylist, professional on-set presence, and comfort working directly with high-profile talent.

This job is located at our Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio.

• Partner closely with the Senior Stylist to develop and execute seasonal editorial shoots for the A&F x NFL collaboration, ensuring all creative aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a cohesive, elevated aesthetic.
• Foster relationships with cross-functional teams and partners; with other creative and product facing departments (Design, Merchants, Studio, Planning, PCM and Inventory Management)
• Support outfitting across NFL-related campaign shoots, helping translate creative concepts into compelling, customer-facing storytelling at every touchpoint.
• Coordinate and manage all wardrobe logistics for on location shoots, including packing outfits, shoes, and accessories with precision and organization to ensure seamless setup and execution—particularly in time-sensitive environments with athlete talent.
• Prepare garments for in house editorial shoots, including steaming, organizing, and maintaining presentation standards to ensure all pieces are shoot ready.
• Assist with talent fittings, partnering with the Senior Stylist to ensure each look delivers optimal fit, confidence, and authenticity for the athlete or partner. Reference fit imagery as needed to maintain consistency and quality.
• Work directly on set with athlete talent or partner, representing the brand with professionalism, discretion, and confidence.
• Support product ordering and fulfillment throughout the NFL preseason, regular season, and postseason, ensuring timely delivery with premium, first-class presentation for athletes and their partners.
• Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with the Sports Marketing Talent Management team to coordinate product needs, shipping logistics, sizing information, and talent preferences.
• Maintain organization and upkeep of the styling closet, including inventory management, sample tracking, and seasonal product rotation.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, demonstrating flexibility, proactive problem-solving, and readiness to pivot quickly in response to evolving creative or scheduling needs.
• Open to potential to travel during the NFL football season.

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Proven styling experience within a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Experience working within a globally recognized, branded environment with a strong understanding of brand standards and identity.
• Strong expertise in men’s and women’s outfitting, with confident on-set execution and a deep understanding of fit across diverse body types.
• Experience collaborating with creative marketing teams on both studio and on location shoots.
• Demonstrate on-set styling excellence, with the ability to operate seamlessly in high pressure, time sensitive environments.
