• Lead projects from brief to final delivery across various marketing channels, including campaigns and experiential initiatives
• Oversee and manage in-house and freelance creative resources to ensure timely and high-quality asset production
• Provide strong art direction and storytelling expertise across all creative outputs
• Adapt global marketing toolkits into culturally relevant regional assets
• Mentor and inspire internal creative teams while collaborating with external agency partners

• BA in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 10+ years of experience in an agency or in-house team, with at least 5 years in a senior creative leadership role
• 5+ years of experience directing photography and expertise in various design disciplines
• Strong understanding of cultural trends in lifestyle, running, and fashion sectors
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat)

• Inspirational leader with a passion for mentoring and developing creative teams
• Proven ability to execute integrated campaigns that resonate with Gen Z and Millennia ls
• Experience managing creative and production agencies effectively
• Highly motivated self-starter with a keen eye for detail and process management
• Strong communication and presentation skills adaptable for diverse audiences
