- Strong passion for cultural trends, particularly within lifestyle, running, and fashion
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, along with excellent communication skills
- Diverse portfolio showcasing sophistication in graphic design and strong typography
- Experience managing and sourcing creative and production agencies
- Proven ability to lead integrated campaigns resonating with Gen Z and Millennia ls
- Inspirational leader with a track record of mentoring teams
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects under tight timelines
