You will be responsible for overseeing 6-10 event projects at a time, all with different companies, clients, timelines, budgets and suppliers. Our new Rockstar Associate Event Producer will seamlessly integrate our clients, Matrix Events and our partner resources to execute flawless event experiences. We need someone who has done this before, and is pining to produce more awesome events for our dedicated clients.

• We are currently seeking an experienced Associate Event Producer to oversee our live, hybrid & virtual corporate event projects.

We’re a small but mighty team of hard-working individuals. We value everyone’s opinions and strive to create a space that fosters open and honest communication. Everyone has something unique to offer and we want you to bring your special talents to our team.

A successful candidate will be extremely organized and be able to manage the logistics of multiple event projects simultaneously.

3-5 years of corporate event management experience including meetings, conferences, and exhibitions. Event knowledge of venues, F&B, AV and budget management are required. In addition, basic computer skills such as MS Office, Google Docs and team communication software (i.e.: Asana, Slack) will be used frequently.

Proactive, smart, go-getter that can produce results by themselves, but know when to ask for help. A business, marketing or events degree is well-regarded, but not required.

We have a hybrid work environment depending on what best suits the individual and the needs of their manager on a given day. Some in-person work may be required and therefore we are seeking a candidate within the greater Denver metro area.
