The Creative Asset Coordinator is a support role within the Creative Services team, responsible for coordinating printed signage, digital media, and creative assets for conferences and events.
This position manages the workflow, production, and delivery of creative materials, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness while streamlining processes to support multiple teams. A Conference and Event Creative Asset Coordinator can accomplish this by implementing the metro

This is a full-time, salary, hybrid position. Work locations will include independent remote/work from home, occasional team office work in Burnsville, MN, quality check reviews at print vendor facilities. This position is an entry-level position to gain experience and develop skills with the goal of growing into elevated positions and specializing in Creative Services at metro

- Work collaboratively with all service teams within metro
Connections. - Participate in all aspects of metro
Connections where appropriate/when assigned. - Support or lead efforts to enhance and further develop the processes and service offerings at metro
Connections, particularly in the area of printed signage and digital media coordination. - Manage content and scheduling for digital signage and kiosks, including Opti Signs.
- Organize media in digital signage library.
- Schedule digital signage agendas and media.
- Administer assignments and co-manage licensed music licenses.
- Serve as a pre-planning backup for Branding and Print Production Specialists.
- Support internal teams by coordinating the production of creative assets when a dedicated Branding Specialist is not assigned to a program. Such projects include minimal branding needs, standalone shop projects, etc. Support the Coordination Phase for requested creative assets, following established processes:
- Coordinate and communicate with internal teams and external partners while keeping information about the graphic design and print needs centrally organized. Compile and organize graphics specifications grids for print graphics.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal team members regarding print graphic needs, requirements, recommendations, creative, and approvals.
- Receive and review graphic design specifications.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal and external graphic designers and animators regarding design needs for print production and digital media.
- Coordinate and communicate with print vendors regarding print needs: request quotes, communicate timelines, and provide files. Submit finalized/approved signage graphic files to printer for print and lead the process for approval of proofs.
- Cross-check signage quote from printer, send revisions if needed, and devise an internal asset timeline for deliverables.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal team members regarding the development, production, and testing of printed graphics, following established processes.
- Lead or support quality check reviews at print vendor and metro
Connections facilities. - Format operational PowerPoint creative decks.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal teams:
Operations, Shop, Design, Sales, etc. - Correspond with vendors – check availability/options, negotiate rates, book services, etc.
- Coordinate financial details with Accounting Team: accounts receivable, accounts payable, etc.
- Create, format, and save all project documents in program folder (SharePoint) and program workspace (Smartsheet) throughout planning process.
- DURING PROGRAM:
Provide remote support for on-site team members, as needed:- Respond to relevant needs for on site team.
- Maintain digital signage scheduling & revise media as necessary.
- POST PROGRAM:
Support or lead the post-program follow up phase of assigned projects:- Inventory new items for storage/update existing inventory details.
- Archive digital display media and clear out platform media library.
