What You'll Do:As a Senior Creative Media Specialist you will capture and plan on-farm content, manage and organize pipelines and editors, coordinate with creators and partners, oversee social media cadence, and analyze performance metrics to deliver authentic, high-quality content that resonates with audiences and drives consistent results.
Your Accountabilities in the Role:- Captures and plans on-farm content, identify compelling storylines, and package and approve editor‑ready assets to deliver authentic, high-quality narratives that resonate with customers.
- Manages and organizes the content pipeline, oversee outsourced editors, and balance multiple content types to build repeatable systems that reduce bottlenecks and ensure consistent, on‑time delivery.
- Coordinates with creators, affiliates, and customers while managing product shipments, timelines, and assets to support a scalable UGC pipeline as systems mature.
- Manages Instagram and Facebook content cadence, coordinate monthly themes and storytelling arcs, and monitor engagement trends to refine strategy and maximize audience impact.
- Analyzes ad performance metrics, share creative insights with the growth team, and adjust content direction to maximize effectiveness.
- 3+ years of experience owning or directly managing a commercial social media account (brand, business, or monetized personal brand).
- Ability to collaborate and coordinate with team members and vendors.
- Experience with direct‑to‑consumer e‑commerce brands is a plus.
- Full ownership of content planning, capture, posting, and performance - not just scheduling.
- Strong communication and customer service skills with a proven ability to connect with customers.
- Comfortable on camera, not just behind it.
- Ability to recruit and collaborate with vendors (off‑farm content creators, editors, designers, etc.)

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and manage time effectively.
Position Pay
:
Salaried position based on experience.

Advertising Manager
Core Hours
: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (Hours can be flexible as needed)
Typical Work Week
:
Monday to Friday; 40-45 hours/week (Some weekend work as needed)

: A few freelance workers

Hybrid role; mix of office and on the farm environments
Travel
:
Two to three trips a week to the farm
