Location:

Full-time, 100% remote position (from home or co-working space) with occasional travel once every 1-2 months with preference for Los Angeles or New York.

plus más media is seeking a highly creative and driven Digital Media Associate, Creative Producer to help develop and test new entertainment and Latino culture shows designed to scale and reach millions across social platforms.

This role is focused on building culturally relevant, trend‑forward content for Gen Z and Millennial Latinos in the U.S. The ideal candidate has a strong background in short‑form content creation and understands how to bring ideas to life across pre‑production, production, and post‑production. They are comfortable contributing to concept development, shaping show formats, supporting production execution, and refining content for performance.

We are looking for someone who lives and breathes internet culture. A creative thinker who spots trends early, understands what resonates with Latino audiences, and can help translate big ideas into scalable digital shows. This person is energized by experimentation, excited to test new formats, and motivated by the challenge of building entertainment franchises that can grow across platforms.
