We’re building a dynamic sports broadcasting team (3–6 people) to cover college football, NFL, and NBA news, previews, and discussions. Content will be distributed across You Tube, Tik Tok, Instagram, Twitch, and Patreon. This is a performance-based opportunity where contributors share in the revenue generated from channel growth and brand partnerships.

• Create and deliver engaging sports content (news, previews, breakdowns, and discussions) 3–4 days per week

• Dedicate approximately 7–10 hours per week to research, content planning, recording, and posting.
• Collaborate with other team members to brainstorm and produce creative, timely, and data-driven content.
• Stay informed on key storylines across college football, NFL, and NBA
  , while continuously expanding knowledge.
• Represent the brand professionally across all content platforms.
• Strong knowledge of college football, NFL, and NBA
  , with interest in growing expertise.
• Prior experience talking about sports (e.g., casual debates, podcasts, streaming, or social media content).
• Consistent availability to meet the required content schedule (3–4 days weekly).
• Comfortable speaking on camera or microphone, with clear communication skills.
• Access to basic recording equipment (microphone, webcam, or phone with good audio/video quality).

• Content creation experience (You Tube, Tik Tok, Twitch, or similar platforms).
• Understanding of sports betting, analytics, or advanced stats.
• Strong storytelling, humor, or ability to engage an online audience.
• Video editing or graphic design skills (basic to intermediate).
• Team collaboration and ability to work toward shared goals.

Revenue share model
: team members will receive a percentage of all income generated from:
Brand partnerships and sponsor ships.
