We’re seeking a Senior Designer to work across a diverse client base, from government agencies and large corporations to dynamic start-ups, delivering impactful design solutions. If you are a design powerhouse with a strategic mind and a flair for creativity, as well as flexibility, a great work ethic and a positive outlook on life, we want to work with you.

You will work closely with our Creative Director to strengthen the amazing team we already have. You’ll bring your experience, expertise, and passion to elevate projects and also mentor other designers. This is a hands-on role with incredible range and variety.

Your experience and skills:

• Experience:
  • A minimum of 5 years in an agency or design studio environment.
  • Solid track record in brand identity creation and ideally some exposure to brand strategy.
  • Art direction expertise for campaigns and visual storytelling.
  • Confidence in presenting to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Technical skills:
  • Advanced proficiency in the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Proficient in Figma for collaborative design.
  • Experienced in storyboarding for animation and TV advertising.
  • Familiarity with 360-degree communication campaigns and ideation processes.
  • Intermediate proficiency in UI design for websites and apps.
• Leadership:
  • Experience mentoring junior designers, fostering growth and creativity.
• Bonus attributes:
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a knack for client relations.
  • A passion for pushing creative boundaries while staying aligned with strategic goals.

The colleagues you will work with include strategists and consultants, copywriters, designers, web developers, digital media experts, marketers, animators, videographers and photographers. They are all passionate specialists. They are also a remarkable team with a wonderful culture. So, you must be a real team player.

Even though we have flexibility, this will be largely an in-office role. You must be willing to work full time, five days a week, with four of those days working in our Millers Point office. We all work from home on Wednesdays.
