WhatYou’ll Be Doing
- Editorial Strategy & Vision:
- Define and implement the editorial strategy for , ensuring alignment with industry developments and audience interests.
- Oversee the production of high-quality content, including news articles, technical features, opinion pieces, and multimedia formats.
- Ensure all content adheres to the highest standards of accuracy, relevance, and technical depth.
- Content Development & Innovation:
- Identify emerging trends, technologies, and challenges in power electronics to create timely and impactful content.
- Collaborate with industry experts, contributors, and thought leaders to deliver authoritative insights.
- Experiment with new content formats, such as videos, podcasts, and interactive tools, to enhance user engagement.
- Team Leadership:
- Manage and mentor a team of writers, editors, and freelancers, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
- Assign editorial projects, monitor progress, and ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- Provide constructive feedback and support professional growth for team members.
- Audience Engagement & Growth:
- Analyze audience metrics and feedback to refine content strategies and improve user experience.
- Work with marketing and social media teams to promote content and expand the platform’s reach.
- Build relationships with industry stakeholders, including manufacturers, researchers, and trade organizations, to strengthen the publication’s network.
- Business
Collaboration:- Contribute to the development of new revenue streams, such as premium content or subscription models.
- Support the creation of industry events, webinars, and conferences to further engage the audience.

- Fully Remote:
Must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership.
- Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 6 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
LocationUS-AL-Alabama (Remote Employees). Remote work employees may be required to be present at the closest designated Arrow office for work-related purposes, at the Company’s request and sole discretion.
